The transfer of fresh dry air into the home helps to reduce mould, mildew and condensation on walls and windows.
- The thermally heated, clean, fresh dry air helps the home to be drier and healthier.
- The SVS is an environmentally friendly way of ventilating your home. The air is cleaner due to no gases or vapours being released.
- Optimum energy efficiency – the reduction of renewable energy sources helps to reduce the overall heating costs.
- Low power consumption – about the same as operating a small light bulb.
- The SVS is very cost effective, especially compared to other ventilation systems.
- The SVS can be installed into both new and existing homes and commercial buildings.
- No design constraints – the only visible components are the wall outlet and wall switch.
|
- The SVS has a set point thermostat, which is mounted in the ceiling. This thermostat requires no adjustments.
- The optional thermometer on the wall outlet measures the air temperature when the SVS is operating and the room temperature when the SVS is not in operation.
- The SVS has a wall switch to enable the owner to manually turn the system on and off during hot weather.
- The SVS automatically closes down when there is insufficient thermal energy to operate.
- The SVS does not operate during wet and very cloudy weather or at night (unless switched onto the night cooling option during summer by the customer).
- Night cooling and ventilation option – the SVS not only helps to heat your home, the SVS can also transfer the cool, outside fresh air into your home at night during summer.

- The Deluxe SVS is our most popular module and is designed for average to larger homes.
- The Deluxe SVS has a large 107 watt high performance fan, which draws fresh air from two roof inlets. The superior design and operation of this fan minimises noise, whilst increasing the flow of air through the wall outlet.
- The Deluxe SVS has the flexibility of having either one or two wall outlets due to the increased air-flow produced by the large high performance fan.
|
- The Standard SVS is designed for small to average homes.
- The Standard SVS has a standard 40 watt fan drawing fresh air from a single roof inlet to a single wall outlet.

We require an iron roof or pressed steel tiles (preferably a dark colour), with adequate ceiling space to install the components of the system. The system is normally installed in a north facing roof. A north-east or north-west roof may also be suitable.
